Who Are We?

The Parenting Resource Centre is a division of, and is backed by, the British Academy of Advanced Training.

Parenting and Child Development: Our Aims and Objectives

Founder of the British Academy of Advanced Training, a company dedicated to empowering both people and organisations towards achieving greater success and increasing their performance capability, Dr Roy J. Paget is a neuro-psychologist and a leading authority on Brain Based Learning, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the educational and academic achievements of children.

A highly respected author, lecturer, consultant and television and radio personality, he has devoted his life's work to raising human potential and personal effectiveness and his unique approach to child development and learning has assisted people from all over the world achieve their true potential.

Dr Paget has supported over 350,000 children in British schools to raise their grades by sharing his specialist techniques with children and the education sector and written a range of publications, based on many years of research, promoting the use of EQ in dealing with a range of child development and parenting concerns both at a personal and organisational level.

In his clinical work, he has also successfully treated hundreds of people in their personal quest for harmonious and balanced lives.
